    Yes. The builder is free, requires no account, and runs entirely in your browser. Your work is saved only on your device until you choose to clear it.

    Does using the builder create an attorney-client relationship?

    No. The builder is for general organization and preparation only. xCounsel is not your attorney unless you have entered into an engagement through the platform.

    Are my answers sent to xCounsel or anyone else?

    No. The builder does not send your answers to xCounsel servers, to any database, or to any third party. The work stays on this device. Categorical analytics (e.g., which step you completed) carry no answer text.

    How long does the builder take?

    Most users finish in 5–10 minutes. The builder asks one focused question per step, with optional 'Why we ask this' notes if you want context before answering.

    Can I share or print the summary I build?
